Shipping policy

All items are shipped with Royal Mail, using 'Tracked' delivery, we offer Tracked 24 and 48. Items that will be shipped internationally/outside of the UK will include 'Signed' delivery. A tracking code will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped.

For orders to be shipped out, it could take up to 5 working days depending on how busy the store is. We attempt to ship out within 48 hours. This is due to orders being processed, packaged and shipped.

If you have multiple orders that you would like shipped together, please contact us via Social Media or Email within 24 hours of the orders being made.

We ship within the UK and WW (internationally), If your shipping address is unavailable during checkout, we unfortunately do not send items to your country. Please contact us via Social Media or Email if you would like to enquire about Shipping.

Orders can be tracked by using the tracking code, this will help update you on your order's whereabouts. Shipping within the UK can take up to 10 days, while International orders can take up to 14 days due to customs and flights. If there is any delay, please check your tracking to check where your items are.

If you have purchased a Preorder item, please wait up to 1 month for your album to reach you, (1 month after release date). This is due to the album being imported to the seller, then the seller shipping it to you. Our Preorder items have a limited stock, so once the stock is sold out, we will import more soon as possible to us.

When you have received your order, please film a video of an unboxing. Without the video, if you face any damages with your product, we will be unable to issue a refund due to the lack of evidence of damage being caused within transit. If your album is missing inclusions, we will not be able to refund you as the album arrives sealed to the seller and is not unwrapped until you open it. This means that it is possible it is a manufacturing mistake and not on the behalf of our store, meaning we can not issue a refund on this. If you would like to contact someone on this matter please contact the company creating the albums as all albums are sealed in our control.

 

If your order has not arrived within 14 days (UK) and 1 month (WW) of being dispatched please contact us via our email: Kcorestores@gmail.com . This is so we can contact the Royal Mail company in trying to retrieve your order or to issue a refund. Please contact us within 60 days otherwise we are unable to resolve the problem.
